Program Activation
Your dance program becomes active on the day of purchase.

Assessments for Advanced Levels
An assessment is required for enrolment in courses beyond our introductory Beginner levels. This ensures appropriate placement and progression.

Payment Methods
Please note that cash and debit card payments are not accepted. Accepted payment methods will be shared during registration.

Beginner Registration Process
Enrolment in Beginner-level Salsa or Bachata must be processed by our administrative team. To register, please send an email request to our office.

Program Guarantee
The Omega Latin Dance Program guarantees a minimum of 4 classes per month – for both Salsa and Bachata programs

Note: In months with 5 weeks, 1 day of group classes may be canceled. Additionally, there are no classes on public holidays unless otherwise announced. Please consult our schedule and check your email regularly for updates.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

This policy sets out the circumstance that a student is entitled to a refund, a credit or cancellation of a membership

Refund Policy

1. Tuition Fees must be paid before the start date of all courses and workshops
2. A refund will NOT be given if you withdraw from a Course AFTER the start date or billing cycle…except if the course is cancelled by Omega Latin Dance for any reason
3. All refunds will be made in Canadian currency only
4. No refund will be made where Omega Latin Dance cancels, suspends or terminates your enrolment as a result of your Fault (ie any behaviour that results in disrupting the class continually, harassing other students, etc)

Terms and conditions

You agree that the Omega Latin Dance may change its policy at any time and the policy to be used for refund or cancellation request will be the policy applicable at the time of the request.

How to cancel monthly subscription/membership

You can cancel your membership any time following the 2nd month of payment from the start date. All requests must be done at least 1 week prior to the date of the next billing to your credit card or bank account.

If your request is received less than a week before the billing date or after the billing date, the request will be processed the following month.
